Building, Developing, Implementing, and Expanding a New Channel for Corporate Communications

Launched in 2022, the SonderMind Newsroom was created in the lead up to SonderMind's announcement of it's acquisition of Total Brain. I raised a need for the content chanel, idenfitied a development plan within the scope of our current resources, and managed a timeline to implement alongside the major corporate announcement.
In 2024, I reinvigorated the channel under my increased responsibilities including PR and strategic communications, and saw the opportunity to grow organic traffic and leads, while increasing timely social media content using the page. In collaboration with our leadership and enterprise teams–including provider recruitment, payor strategy, and corporate and health system partnerships–I wrote a plan and timeline for generating and posting more regular content. Packaged as promotional tactics to leverage with their various partners, the Newsroom now serves as an active, dedicated place on the site for corporate announcements, product updates, partnership news, and more.
