Building a Scalable Program for Paid and Organic UGC and Influencer Content Campaigns

One of the challenges I encountered working in healthcare and social media was generating content from therapy clients and influencers, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and documenting disclosures for protected health information (PHI). After years of manual campaigns and brand ambassador partnerships, I implemented an influencer management program with the performance marketing team, legal, and finance, to build a scalable process for compliant influencer campaigns and paid user-generated content (UGC).
Below is a sampling of content from various campaigns over the years, including a partnership with Olympic medalist Lindsey Vonn and influential athletes across the country, to spread the importance of mental health and seeking care. My role in each campaign involved developing the concept, content strategy, negotiating and coordinating logistics with the talent or agent, and writing any copy.
